How does the Mug Club work?

• After signing up for the Mug Club and paying your $40 annual membership dues, you’ll be given a numbered mug and a membership card, valid mid March, 2009.
• Every time you come to Altitude, bring your membership card with you - you’ll need it to retrieve your mug from the bar and to accumulate points on your account.
• Whenever you eat, drink or make retail purchases at Altitude, you will accumulate points on your Mug Club account. You’ll be notified when you’ve earned enough points to earn a reward credit.
• From time to time, we’ll offer member exclusive events. Check out this page for information about events you won’t want to miss!
• It’s that easy! To join, take your completed enrollment form to Altitude. You’ll be on your way to enjoying great deals on beer and more at Altitude!

What are the benefits of joining Altitude’s Mug Club?

• Once you become a member of Altitude’s mug club, you will receive your own, numbered mug. Feel free to decorate your mug.
• Your 21 ounce mug will be filled for the price of our pints - even at happy hour!
• Each time you eat, drink, or buy retail items at Altitude, you will earn points towards future purchases. You’ll earn a mug club t-shirt after accumulating your first 100 points. Then, you’ll receive a $25 reward credit for every 300 points accumulated. Every dollar spent at Altitude is worth one point. (See exclusions in the Club Rules.)
• We’ll buy you lunch or dinner on your birthday - up to $15.
• Become a member of the Barrel Club when you drink a barrel of beer within a year! Your name will have a permanent spot on the Barrel Club plaque at the bar.
• You can now accumulate points at Lovejoy’s Bar & Grill! Be sure to swipe your mug club card each time you visit Lovejoy’s.
• For every 10 glasses of wine you buy, we’ll take $5 off your next wine purchase.
• Keep up to date on mug club happenings here on our web site. Check frequently for information about upcoming releases in the brewery, news from our brewmaster, and special events.
• The top five point earners at the end of each year will win a free five gallon keg of beer and a complimentary membership renewal for the next year.

Club Rules

• Anyone 21 years and older is eligible to join.
• A $40 membership fee reserves your space in the club and secures your club privileges for one year.
• You will receive a mug club membership card which you must present when requesting your mug or attending members only events. You must also present your card in order to accumulate mug club points when making bar, food or merchandise purchases.
• If your mug breaks or you “misplace” it, you may purchase another for $12. If you lose your membership card, we will charge you $2 for a replacement card.
• We reserve the right to censor all mug decorations.
• You may request a mug club number, but you are not guaranteed that number.
• Your membership and membership benefits are only available to you and are not transferable.
• Membership renewal is available four weeks before your expiration date, and for up to two weeks after your expiration date.  Any memberships not renewed during this time frame will go up for sale.
• Membership renewals may be subject to price increases.
• Points are accrued for each dollar spent on food, beverages and retail merchandise. Tax, gratuity and gift cards are excluded.
• Reward credit may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
• No refunds will be given on cancelled memberships.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Membership can be revoked at anytime at management’s discretion.
• We reserve the right to change and add rules as management sees fit.
